This custom-made PLC is equipped with a number of built-in sensors.
Our specialized control electronics function as an integrated control system for your device.
The control system is specifically developed and manufactured on a printed circuit board, equipped with all the necessary sensor electronics (PT100, thermocouples, etc.)
and plug connectors for easy connection of sensors. This saves you considerably on wiring and makes the assembly of your devices more efficient.
If you have already created a prototype with a PLC, converting the program and maintaining it is easy.
You still use the same PLC language, such as Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC),
as defined in the IEC 61131-3 standard.
This allows you to avoid the teething problems that are inevitable when rewriting software.
You don’t have to learn a new language (such as C/C++ or C#), you eliminate problems and risks, and you can keep the program under your own control.
Programming is done in the standard language for PLCs: IEC 61131-3.
